On 20 September 2005, Simon Wiesenthal passed away. Fifteen years after his death, the Vienna Wiesenthal Institute for Holocaust Studies (VWI) and the Jewish Community of Vienna (IKG) commemorated the Jewish Austrian survivor, public persona, (re)searcher of Nazi crimes, and mentsh Simon Wiesenthal in a memorial walking tour (concept by Béla Rásky and Sandro Fasching) in the City of Vienna. The presentations and talks delivered at the different landmarks of this memorial tour can be reread in this issue of S:I.M.O.N.
